Mike commenced working as a Valuer in the Waikato in 1994. Since that time he has been involved in the valuation of various classes of property including Commercial and Industrial, and Residential & Rural Lifestyle property.
In 2003 Mike set up Registered Valuation Services with a view to providing more specialist services in Residential & Rural Lifestyle property in Hamilton City and surrounding districts. Mike's wide experience as a property professional means he is regularly asked to consult and provide valuation advice for various purposes including Mortgage Security, Matrimonial, Pre Purchase, Alterations and Improvements and Dwellings to be Constructed.

Steve joined Mike as a Partner & Director at Registered Valuation Services in February 2009. Prior to commencing with Registered Valuation Services Steve has been involved in a wide range of valuation work including Commercial & Industrial, Subdivisions, and Residential & Rural Lifestyle properties since 2003 within the Waikato region.
Steve was born & raised in Hamilton and also has the experience of having spent ten years working within the construction industry in Europe and commercial leasing & real estate within Australia.
Steve provides valuation advice on a daily basis for various purposes including Mortgage Security, Trust, Matrimonial, Pre Purchase, Sale, Alterations & Extensions, and Dwellings to be constructed (off plans).
